My photography captures the essence of the natural world and the excitement of my favorite outdoor sports, like rock climbing and snowboarding. Through my lens, I aim to convey the beauty of my surroundings, from wildlife to landscapes to adventures.
About this Work
This project began with a simple desire: to capture the beauty of birds through the lens of a new bird photographer. However, as with many creative endeavors, it evolved into something much deeper.
Through this journey, I discovered that photographing birds is more than just a technical challenge; it is an exploration of patience, observation, and respect for nature. This project has become a personal journey of understanding and representing the essence of these birds and their world. What follows is a glimpse into that journey, a series of images that not only reflect the beauty of the Pacific Northwest birdlife, but also my own evolving appreciation for their natural habitats.
